adequate stay with some drawbacks
little storage unpleasant view
The room felt quite cramped. there was very little storage space. No shelves in the bathroom made things inconvenient. the view wasn't pleasant either. it wasn't the worst, but i expected better for what i paid.

central stay with rooftop views
rooftop terrace comfortable bed
The location was excellent near the basilica santa maria. i especially liked the rooftop terrace. I spent time relaxing there enjoying the view of santa barbara castle. the bed in my room was very comfortable. I slept soundly after long days exploring.
the noise level was sometimes bothersome. i could hear street noise and sounds from neighboring rooms. the thin walls allowed noise to travel easily, impacting my rest.

breakfast is served (i think) on the rooftop terrace, providing views as you eat. the restaurant nearby had friendly staff and a great vibe. i liked this addition to my stay.

The rooftop bar provided a space to relax and unwind. there were tables and chairs available. the hotel provided luggage storage. It helped me enjoy my final day before a late flight.

the receptionist was helpful and offered useful information about nearby restaurants. they also provided a clean towel before my evening flight, a nice touch. the staff were generally cute.

perfect location comfortable bed rooftop terrace
i found the location ideal being so close to the basilica and other attractions the bed was very comfortable , made my stay restful i also appreciated the rooftop terrace where breakfast was served providing amazing views
the wall insulation was a little thin as i could sometimes hear noises from adjacent rooms.

the accommodation is centrally located near the esplanade the castle santa cruz and the market i found this proximity convenient for exploring many key sites were easily accessible by foot making sightseeing straightforward

good location nearby eatery friendly staff wifi security hacked account spanish hacker
the location was very good. it was near the beach and plenty of places to eat are near the hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful.
i used the wifi. my email got hacked after. the hacker was spanish. i am still tackling the issues.

I appreciated the rooftop bar. It provided great views of the castle. The staff was friendly and also helpful to me. They gave good advice.
The room I had was small. The shower head was standard and would not stay in place if adjusted. My card key didn't work once and had to be reset at reception.
